I would love to turn this into some kind of space echo loop contraption.
Right now it powers up and makes some static, but the tape won’t actually move forward in play mode. Needs some debug.
That’s probably a rotten belt. Probably a couple of bucks to replace, and while you’re in there replace the oils and greases with modern, non-organic varieties.
I’m midway into a tape contraption myself!
